Sam, a lovely friendly terrier dog was designed as a mascot for Samuel Estates Letting Agents. Sam was then manufactured as a character costume design to represent the agency.

Mr Beaver was a mascot design which was later made into a character costume. The only requirement was that he had to look friendly and approachable.
