Project Description

I wanted to create a scene based on the beautiful North East of England and developed these three little characters, a blonde haired girl, a brown haired boy and their little white fluffy dog (who doesn’t look unlike the one I used to have).

Riding on a rollercoaster high above the Town Moor in Newcastle, the two children and their cute little white dog enjoy the thrill of The Hoppings, with the dog clinging onto the back of their ladybird car for dear life and loving every minute. A hot air balloon floats above taking in the parkland view. The iconic St James’ Park football ground can be seen in the background of this rare sunny scene. (Anyone who has attended The Hoppings knows it usually rains that week :)).
