Working together with Dylan Moore from Aqua Design Group, we came up with the idea of creating an Ann Summers themed illustration to send as a Christmas card to Ann Summers & Knickerbox chief executive Jacqueline Gold. With myself doing the illustration and Dylan putting together and printing the card, collating all the winners and getting it in front of the right people, we worked together to create a special thank you from all of the #WOW and #MOM award winners.

After the enormous success of the Fifty Shades trilogy, we decided on a ‘Fifty Shades of Christmas’ theme. Using products from the Ann Summers range as well as elements from the brand, a sexy but cute bunny languishes on a chaise longue dressed in a sexy Santa costume, all of which can be bought on the Ann Summers website. Other elements from the brand appear within the scene, with the Ann Summers apple from the logo appearing within the gilding on the chaise longue as well as on the intricately patterned wallpaper and matching curtains. The snow bunny outside is a nod to one of her best sellers as well as the giant rabbit sculpture that lives at her house. The finished illustration was then sent as a Christmas card to Jacqueline to thank her for choosing us all as her award winners from the thousands of tweets she receives each week.

The fireworks in this naughtier version of the illustration also include a nod to the #MOM award, celebrating men in business of which Dylan is a winner. The card was sent as a massive thank you from both #WOW and #MOM award winners and was well received by Jacqueline with thank you tweets from both herself and her sister Vanessa. A more child friendly version appears on the main Slinkeee site as a thank you to Jacqueline for choosing Slinkeee as one of her #WOW winners. It’s nice to be appreciated as a woman in business who is trying to make a difference.
